Description:
Just 20km away from Cagliari, San Sperate is such an artistic and unique town that this tour of the city will be like visiting an open-air museum. There are over 320 houses, buildings feature murals painted by local and international artists. In the streets and the squares there are many sculptures of finely carved stones as well as art installations of other diverse materials.
In addition to admiring the art all over San Sperate, this tour will also visit Pinuccio Sciola’s museum house and workshop. This artist is famous for his sculptures and “sound stones”, or stones that make sound either when it is hit,caressed or brushed in the right way. If you are lucky, you may even meet Mr. Sciola in person.

Please bring/ wear: wear comfortable walking shoes and clothes. Bring drinking water, sun protection/rain coat (if raining). Tour is run in a small group of maximum 6 persons.
