Stand Up Paddle has recently gained much attention in the world of water sports for being the most complete work out for both the upper and lower body. Also known as paddle surfing, this sport for beginners is best performed when the sea is flat and calm – experience the sensation of smooth gliding on the ocean surface.
Now you can learn how to paddle surf in Punta del Hidalgo while marvelling the magical twilight. Our experienced and fun instructor will teach the best posture to maintain good balance and tricks on how to manoeuvre the center of gravity, all while paddling. They will also show you how to stand up on a board and demonstrate various paddling techniques, strokes and twists.
Also important are safety rules, how to enter and exit the water safely and caring for your board and equipment.
The stand up paddle lesson will last for about 2-3 hours, including preparation, getting ready and briefing.

Pre-requisite:
- Minimum age is 5 years old, to be accompanied by an adult
- You will need to know how to swim
Please bring: comfortable shoes, bathing suit, clothes to change, towels and sun protection.

Price does not include:
- Food and drinks
- Transfer from hotels in Punta del Hidalgo/ Bajamar area available for a small fee
Important notes:
- Minimum age is 5 years old.
- You need to know how to swim and have no physical disability that prevents you from performing such activity.
- Please bring: comfortable shoes, bathing suit, clothes to change, towels and sun protection.
- In the event of severe weather, we will provide a refund should alternative scheduling is not possible.
- Due to high demand, should your preferred date is fully booked (and no suitable alternatives dates available), iHoppers will provide full refund of deposit paid.
