Join us for an unforgettable jeep journey exploring Masca and part of the Isla Baja region of Tenerife. After picking you up from your hotel in the north, we head west, driving along the coastline passing Los Realejos and Icod Alto. We will reach La Corona viewpoint for a sweeping panorama of lush landscape and coastline.
We continue our jeep tour towards the pretty historical town of Garachico with amazing Canarian architecture before heading towards the towns of Isla Bajas - Los Silos and Buenavista. Tracing the routes between El Palmar and Las Portales, we eventually arrive at the main highlight of our jeep safari - Masca - dubbed one of the most exceptional natural places in Tenerife. Located at the high of 650 metres towards the northwest edge of Tenerife, Masca forms part of the Macizo de Teno mountains, one of three volcanic structure that forms that gave rise to the island.
From Masca, we proceed anti-clockwise to reach El Tanque via Santiago del Teide and Erjos. At El Tanque, we will stop for a break at the Camel Centre where you can buy lunch and join an optional camel ride.
Our way back, we will stop by the viewpoint of Garachico where you will get a nice view of the township and the famous Roque de Garachico, about 200 metres off the coast, protruding out from the sea. We will also arrive at Icod de los Vinos to visit the famous Drago Tree before concluding our tour in Puerto de la Cruz.
