Description:
Come to Puerto de la Cruz and discover Costa Martiánez – an extraordinary waterpark and open-air musuem, featuring a complex of unique sea water pools and attractions, and exhibiting impressive contemporary large sculptures and art installations. It is mainly designed by the celebrated Canarian artist and architect, César Manrique, along with some contributions from other European artists.
Take a plunge and choose among the 4 main pool attractions that include the central beautiful artificial lake or “lago” and 2 pools for children. Be awed by their artistically constructed designs and don’t miss their light There are several sun loungers around the park so you may relax and bathe under the sun.
You may also stroll around the complex and dine in or hang out at any of the restaurants, cafes, and bars around. At night, there is also a casino if you enjoy gaming and would like to try your luck.
The pools are open from 10:00am to 5:00pm. Your ticket is valid for a day and it includes snacks (choice of hotdog, hamburger or nuggets, soft spirit, and ice cream) access to all pools and free use of sun beds, changing rooms, and showers.
