This hiking tour is rated Basic1/ Medium 2 and would suit beginners. The total distance is 5.41 km and takes approximately 3 hours (including breaks) to complete.
Through a winding road, we make our way into the forest (30 minutes) until we arrive at some old terrace cultivation. A small flight of steps leads us to a ruin of an old shepherd's hut.
Later we arrive at our first view point - Mirador Cala d`Albarca - overlooking the beautiful cove of the same name. Passing by a rock formation, we will once again enter the forest on a winding road which leads us to the second viewpoint Mirador Racó Verd offering awe-inspiring views of Cala d’en Sardina and the small islets of Ses Margalides as backdrop.
Walking back to the first viewpoint, we will have a break there to have a bite to eat while taking in the breathtaking views. We will continue on to where the old terrace cultivation was before taking a different route back to where we started.
