Description:

Madeira is a beautiful destination with several amazing locations scattered all over it. The coastline of this island is spectacular while the countryside is far more intriguing. With a campervan (more popularly known as caravan in the UK), you get the freedom to explore to these places at will and see the best of Madeira independently.

Campervan is an unique concept of holidaying. It is a fantastic way to save accommodation cost and travel with complete independence in Madeira. As soon as you land in Madeira, you can rent a campervan with Madeira and measure the roads of this island that stretch out to some very exciting and memorable viewpoints. These campervans are modern vehicles fitted with equipments for everyday use that will make “living on the road” a breeze, and fun!

Every campervan is equipped with: kitchen with sink and utensils, in-car toilet/shower, water, table for outdoor use, fridge and 1 double and 2 single beds fixed within it. Nothing beats the experience of being so close to the outdoor and exploring the stunning island at your own time and way.

Holidaying on a campervan in Madeira, you will have a lot of fun immersing yourself in the nature, be fascinated by the local cultural and get to know the island in an extraordinary way. Our campervan can fit up to 4 people. Whether it is with your loved one, family or friends, campervan is indeed an exciting experience that comes at a modest price.

Process of booking:

We require a 10% deposit when you make a booking inquiry. This deposit is refundable should your preferred dates are not available with no suitable alternatives
We will check and confirm the availability
To secure the booking, we require additional 40% of the total rental (making it a total 50% of rental). The 50% deposit is not refundable if cancel 15 days prior to arrival.

Below is a non-exhaustive list of Terms and Conditions of renting the campervan.

- Minimum nights: 2

- Renter and additional drivers will have to be at 21 years old at the time of signing the rental agreement, and have a valid driving license (B-Class) for cars. If you are non EU-resident, an international driving license will be required. There will be additional charge of €3 per day if the driver is under the age of 25.

- A 50% deposit is required when making a booking. If your preferred date is fully booked (and no suitable alternatives dates available), full refund of deposit paid will be given

- The 50% deposit is not refundable if cancel 15 days prior to arrival.

- Remaining 50% is to be paid by on arrival by cash. A cash deposit of €1000 is also required when you pick up the caravan in case of any interior and exterior damages. This includes any replacement costs, vehicle document, tools and accessories which are not being returned, and in case of accident when the client is at fault.

- Campervan to be returned clean inside with rubbish disposed.

- The vehicle will be delivered to tenant in full fuel tank, full water tank and full gas cylinder (fully certified). It is to be returned with the same.

- No animal is allowed in the campervan or a disinfection fee of €150 will be charged.

- The renter agrees to keep the vehicle in good condition and clean and return it in the same state (including its content) when it was delivered to the renter. Any damage or loss to the accessories, equipment or parts shall be the responsibility of the rental and be paid according to the table of charges.

- Returning the vehicle in defects (contrary to its prudent and normal use), the lessee shall indemnify the lessor for the cost of repair

- The following clauses are to be complied by customers:

a) Do not use the vehicle in activities that involve direct or indirect subleasing;

b) No one other than the renter and additional driver mentioned in the contract should be driving the vehicle;

c) No driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, fatigue or illness;

d) Do not tow or push other vehicles or trailers;

e) Do not participate in races or other sporting activities with the vehicles;

f) Do not carry more than the allowed number of passengers in the vehicle

g) Keep the vehicle locked and parked properly when not in use;

h) Do not use the vehicle negligently;

i) The vehicle is not to leave the island of Madeira without prior written consent of the Lessor

- All vehicles are delivered to the customers in good working order. If any malfunction is detected, please report to the Lessor immediately. The customer resumes all responsibility for damage caused due to his/ her negligence.

Price does not include:

Cleaning fee EUR50 payable on the day of campervan pick up
Return transfer from Madeira airport, EUR40 for up to 4 people (optional), alternatively please meet us at the campervan park (address will be given)
Baby seat, additional driver, fines, washing detergents, fuel, gas and loss of document. Loss of document will incur €150 for the re-issuance of document.
