Festivals
Fiesta Del Carmen
Every July, the fiesta del Carmen is celebrated in Puerto de Mogán. This fiesta consists of locals carrying a statue of the Virgin Mary from one end of the town to the other in an extravagant procession. This festival lasts for several days and usually concludes with fireworks being let off at midnight on the beach. It’s a great spectacle and something you won’t forget in a hurry.
Puerto de Mogán celebrates various other local festivals but none is as big, or as widely known as the fiesta del Carmen.
