Description:
Our buggy adventure begins in Santiago del Teide, where we will trace the road on the south side towards the National Park of Teide. En-route, we will stop at numerous lookout points where you can witness impressive views of the surrounding landscapes. On a clear day, the visibility extends as far as the neighbouring islands of La Gomera and La Palma.
We continue our exotic volcanic route up to the base of Mount Teide, which is about 2,250 metres high. Your guide will be showing you various interesting sights of the national park.
Through farms and banana plantation, we descent towards the coastal area of Buenavista del Norte. We will check out the natural pools of Callao beach and have a go at some off-road riding.
After enjoying some lunch at a beautiful restaurant with an impressive view overlooking the north of Tenerife, we continue our buggy journey to Masca.
Masca is a pretty hamlet with traditional houses dotting its dramatic gorge. After Masca, we will make our way back to Santiago del Teide.
The buggy tour is offered in English, Spanish, Russian, and French.
Note: Minimum height to participate is 6 years old or at least 120cm tall. maximum weight is 125kg. To drive a buggy, you must be a holder of a valid B car driving licence. Please wear closed shoes during the excursion.
