Description:
On this extended 4.5 hours catamaran sailing trip, you get to relax while admiring the beautiful views of Tenerife's southwest coastline and Mount Teide (highest of Spain). During winter, the peak is often snow-capped, a pleasant contrast to the sunny warm environment you are in.
Departing Puerto Colón, we set sail in search for pilot whales and bottle-nose dolphins in their natural habitat in Los Gigantes and Masca. The giant cliffs of Los Gigantes, with some places 400m high, are also best viewed from the catamaran. During this time, your multilingual crew will be sharing information about the cetacean species and their characteristics. You will also learn about these mammals migration patterns, behaviour and what they feed on.
We then sail northwards before dropping anchor at the pristine Masca bay. With the beautiful Masca gorge as the backdrop, you will be served lunch, chill and relax, and have a refreshing swim in the crystal clear waters.
Our friendly crew speaks English, German, French, Spanish and Italian. Endeavour to make your trip as comfortable and as memorable as possible. Don't miss this truly unique sailing experience.
