Join our island bus tour which takes you around the island to different favourite spots in Tenerife. We will start by driving southwest and marvel at the majestic vertical cliffs of Los Gigantes.
We will then drive through Santiago del Teide village and up the top of Mount Erjos. Here we will be able to witness the breathtaking and colourful panorama of Mount Teide (highest in Spain) and its surrounding landscape and vegetation.
We will move further north to our next stop – Mirador de Garachico (viewing platform), to see the rocky town that was partly destructed by the 1706 volcanic eruption, giving its current landscapes unique textures and lava pools. We will then drive to Icod de los Vinos to visit the celebrated ancient Dragon Tree.
The island tour journey continues to the town of La Orotava - a quaint old town with no short of history, art and architecture. Look out for the pristinely crafted wooden balconies around the town. We will visit the impressive Casa de los Balcones which exhibits historical information and an artisan centre offering embroidery and various local produce.
On our way back the to the south, we will visit Candelaria, famed for its most celebrated patron saint of the Canary Islands - the Virgin of the Basilica, also known as the Black Madonna.
The tour starts at approximately 8:30 am and takes about 9 hours. A multilingual staff will be guiding you throughout the trip. Our buses are fully air-conditioned.
The tour last for about 9 hours, please allow extra time for pick up and drop off. Once your reservation is confirmed, a voucher with pick up time (of your chosen meeting point) will be emailed to you within 24 hours of booking.
