Description:
Having an Open Water Diver qualification is certainly an investment worth making as it allows you to rent diving equipments, join a dive excursion, or partner with another qualified diver to explore the many amazing dive sites around the world (up to 18 metres).
Open Water Diver course takes 3 days to complete. Course components as follows:
- Theory modules which you can start learning online
- Confined water dives (swimming pool)
- Open sea dives
- Multiple choice exam
Prerequisites:
- 10 years or older, parents’ consent for under 16
- Adequate swimming skill required
- In good health conditions
- That you are not catching a flight within 24 hours of performing the dive
- A recent "fit to dive" certificate from your GP
