Description:
This DIY tour from Lanzarote to Fuerteventura commences with pickup from selected hotels in Arrecife and its port, Costa Teguise, Puerto del Carmen, Puerto Calero, and Playa Blanca. Guests will then be brought to the Playa Blanca port for ferry crossing to Corralejo, Fuerteventura. The ferry crossing from Playa Blanca to Corralejo takes about 30 minutes each way.
Once arriving at Corralejo, you will have about 5 hours to explore the town on your own. The heart of Corralejo is clustered around the old harbour, once used by the local fishermen. It is here, near the original and rustic part of town, that you can find the Playa la Clavellina beach, which is popular with tourists and locals alike. The area around the promenade is more modern and built up with numerous shops and lively nightlife venues. There is also a variety of bars and restaurants which cater for all tastes.
The main attraction of Corralejo is the Natural Park of Corralejo, a short taxi ride away. Here, you will find massive dunes of gorgeous white rippling sand and refreshing clear blue waters, a haven for wind and kite surfers.
We will meet at an agreed time to board the ferry back to Playa Blanca, where guests will be returned to their initial pickup points.
