Join us on a wonderful kayak excursion along beaches and coastline of La Palma - the most north-westerly island of Canary Islands and one of the quietest. Marvel at the breathtaking views from the sea and explore the calm corners of the island. The clear waters and remote beaches of La Palma stand above most places in beauty. These kayak tours are unique because of their routes, while our expert guides add value to them.
Depending on the level and weather of the day of excursion, we offer different routes along various coastline and beaches of La Palma. The two levels of kayak tours on offers are described below:
The Beginner Level kayaking tour spans over a duration of 2-3* hours. It is ideal for those who have not done kayaking before, or are rather new to the activity. Minimum age for this tour is 6, and adult supervision is mandatory for children. Participants must know how to swim. Kayaking for beginners usually takes place in the south of La Palma.
The Advanced Level tour takes about 6-8* hours to complete and you need to be at least 16 years of age to join (parental consent required for under 18). Given the length of the tour, certain level of fitness is expected. This tour is more popular because of its longer duration and the beautiful route that it covers. Participants must know how to swim. Kayaking Advanced level usually takes place in the east or west of La Palma.

Please bring: towel, swimwear, sun protection, beach footwear, water and snacks for the duration of excursion, and a jacket/ extra layer especially during winter.

- Optional transportation fee of EUR8 per person

Important notes:
- Due to high demand, your reservation will be confirmed manually. Should your preferred date is fully booked (and no suitable alternatives dates available), iHoppers will provide full refund of deposit paid.
- Best activity location will be decided closer to time subject to weather and coastal conditions. You may drive to the agreed activity point yourself or arrange with Palmaventura for pick up at an additional EUR8 per person, payable on day of excursion. Map indicated below is NOT the actual activity point.
