Go-Karting in Gran Canaria

There are two go-kart facilities located in the south of Gran Canaria, just a few kilometres apart from each other.

The Gran Karting Club Gran Canaria is located east of Tarajalillo town and is close to the Aero Club of Las Palmas. You can reach the karting club in 10 minutes (driving) from the popular resort town of Playa del Inglés. Measuring a total circuit length of 1.650 kilometres, it is considered one of the longest in Spain.

Just like its sister club in Lanzarote, Gran Karting Club offers three different go-kart circuits: a small circuit where children under 5 years can have fun with the battery-powered karts and motorcycles, a junior circuit for the teenagers between 10-16 years old, and the main circuit for those over 16 of age.

The 1.281 kilometres long senior circuit is 8 metres wide, excellent for thrilling overtakings. It is a fast circuit, yet technically challenging with speed limit of up to 80kmph. It has seen various top races held here such as the Spanish championship.

The karting club is open daily from 10:00 to 21:00 (winter) and 11:00 to 22:00 (summer). Prices range between €9 and €25, depending on kart models.

The second go-karting centre, Kart Racing Maspalomas, can be found near the popular resort town of Maspalomas. There are a variety of karts available: racing karts, junior karts, child-karts and even a double karts (a child + an adult). There is also a karting school on site providing coaching to children between the age of 5-15 years. Kart Racing Maspalomas is open daily from 10:00 to 22:00.
