Things to do in San Agustín

Although San Agustín is relatively low key compared to its neighbouring resorts, there are no lack of activities to enjoy there. Laying on the beach and swimming aside, you can swim, dive and wind suft in San Agustín. For the cultural seekers, there's no better time to learn Spanish while holidaying here. Alternatively, hop on a helicopter or paratrike tour for a "bird-eye" view of island's beautiful coastal region, massive dunes and inland landscapes.

Diving and Snorkelling

If the ocean features highly on your holiday list then look no further than Playa de San Agustín. This beach has cunningly been protected from the waves of the Atlantic and as a result it is perfect for diving or snorkelling.

Wind-surfing

If you’re into your windsurfing then you’re in luck. Windsurfing world champion Bjoern Dunkerbeck runs his own windsurfing centre here, in Playa del Aguila. Gran Karting Club

Sioux City

This is a genuine American Wild West inspired theme park. Cowboys and bank robbers run amok the surprisingly large town and entertain the audience with their exploits. The City  boasts a zoo with 3 sections - showcasing alligators, venomous insects and reptiles, as well as various desert animals like raccoons, meerkats and the American Bison. The highlight of your visit would be the wild west themed shows, keeping the young and old amused. Shows starts from 12:30. There is also a restaurant on siteFor those who just want a quick peep into the premise, there’s a free visit to Sioux City’s town at 10:00.
