Enjoy a fun-filled sea kayaking tour along the southern coastline of Gran Canaria.
After gearing up and instruction on how to manoeuvre a kayak, we will make our way into the sea and starts our kayaking adventure following a route most suitable for the day based on weather and sea conditions.
Admire the beautiful rugged rocky seashore dotted with secluded bays and sea caves which are simply not accessible from land. Tide and sea conditions permitting, we will enter some caves for a quick paddle.
We then make a stop at a nice beach where we will have some beach time! You are free to relax and sunbathing, have some snacks or take a refreshing swim and snorkel in the sea. Alternatively, we have beach games such as frisbees for the energetic ones. Fully revitalized, we will hop back into the kayak for the return journey.
This easygoing kayak tour will suit anyone age 8 and above. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Our kayaks come in the form of a tandem kayak (2 seats). If you come alone, you might be required to share with a fellow kayaker. The whole experience takes approximately 5 hours with about 2 hours of paddling time.

Important notes:
- Minimum age is 8, children must be accompanied by an adult the whole time
- Please bring swimsuit, towel and sun protection.
- Once your booking is confirmed, we will communicate with you regarding the meeting point and time.
- Given sea kayaking is a weather-dependent water sport, we cannot guarantee its departure or time. Therefore your flexibility and open-mind are appreciated. Your safety is our utmost priority, we will only run our trips in conditions that allow us to do so safely. In the event of severe weather, we will provide a refund should alternative scheduling is not possible.
- Due to high demand, should your preferred date is fully booked (and no suitable alternatives dates available), iHoppers will provide a full refund of the amount paid.
