This 3-hour electric-scooter chopper tour is a fun, educational and eco-friendly way to explore Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas with your family and friends. Our knowledgeable guide will take you somewhere you can enjoy stunning panoramic views of Playa del Inglés. Be mesmerised by the sheer size of golden sand dunes of Maspalomas, a natural reserve since 1987. We will also check out the Botanical Park which boasts over 500 plant species in its 12,000sf compound. Contemplate the oasis, known as the "charca" which is the "winter home" to over 40 bird species of migrating birds, of which 23 species build their nests here. We will then visit the statue of Christopher Columbus, located on the avenue of the same name. The statue was erected in 2002 to remember his stopover on the island on May 24th, 1502. Next is the unmissable lighthouse of Maspalomas, marking the southern tip of Gran Canaria.
We continue our guided tour riding along the famous Meloneras promenade, one of the most pristine and luxurious esplanades in the south of Gran Canaria with a fantastic vista of the Atlantic sea. We will make a stop at Punta de las Mujeres to visit an ancient archaeological site of the island's indigenous people. Here, we will often get to spot the lizards of the Canary Islands, these harmless reptiles are endemic and iconic to the island. We will take a break for some cold refreshment in a beautiful bar offering an amazing view overlooking Meloneras and its small volcanic beach.
On our way back, we will have some fun on the bike lanes of Campo Internacional and the Parque de la Paz (The Peace Park). The lush park features an open-air display of a number of monoliths representing human value with quotes from great leaders, thinkers, philosophers from the past. A statue of Mahatma Gandhi can also be seen in the centre of the park.
Itinerary: Playa del Inglés –Campo Internacional de Golf - Oasis of Maspalomas – Lighthouse of Maspalomas - Playa de Meloneras and return (approx. 20KM)
Our e-scooter chopper is stylish and easy to ride. Driving licence is not required. It has two seats, so bring along a friend!
Minimum age to drive an E-Scotter Chopper is 16 (under 18 is to be accompanied always by an adult).
Minimum age as a passenger is 5 years old. Max 2 person maximum per e-scooter chopper.
IMPORTANT: All E-scooter Choppers are only permitted on bicycle path/ lane, sidewalk and along the promenade. It is NOT ALLOWED on the road. All E-scooters choppers are not suitable to go in the sand and offroad. Please bring your ID or passport for rental contract purposes.

Important notes:

- Children aged 5 to 15 (cannot drive the e-scooter) can only participate in the tour as passengers by sitting in the rear seat
