Here on Gran Canaria, our Via Ferrata is slightly different than that of other countries because ours is not created out of necessity but for leisure purposes. Hence every aspect of thrill, challenge, technical skills and safety are well thought of and incorporated when these “vias” (routes) are constructed - pure FUN!
Via Ferrata will certainly an activity that will get your heart rate and adrenaline up. As for the acrophobics, your feet will surely turn to jelly. This climbing sport is very safe and we use the best and newest gears - you will be “self-secured” to a steel cable the whole time. It is vital, however, that you pay full attention to safety and gear usage briefing, and follow our guides’ instruction the whole time.
As you huffing and puffing your way up, the scenery just gets better and better. The beautiful landscapes and wilderness below your feet is truly bedazzling. There are two Via Ferrata sites on Gran Canaria, one on each side of the island. So if weather is unfavourable on one side, you still have the other to enjoy this activity.
Note: map below is one of the meeting/ pick up points in Las Palmas, it is not an activity point.

Price includes:
- 1 via Ferrata climbing session (approx. 5 hours including travelling and preparation time)
- All equipment required for the activity
Price does not include:
- Transfer (approx. EUR10 per person) can be arranged from Las Palmas.
Important notes:
- In the event of severe weather, we will provide refund should alternative scheduling is not possible.
- Please wear comfortable clothing and sport/ sturdy closed shoes.
- Bring water and snacks to keep your energy level up.
- Location and time of activity are subject to change depending on the weather.
