Festivals
There is one main fiesta that takes place in Corralejo, if you can plan your trip so it includes this festival, your visit will be extra special.
Festival of Our Lady of Carmen
The Fiesta of Our Lady of Carmen is held every July in honour of the town's patron saint. The saint is honoured to protect the sea and the fishermen. As part of the festivities, the Lady of Carmen’s statue is carried through the streets to the small wharf. She is afterwards placed on a boat, and the procession continues on the water, the locals take great pride in decking their boats with flowers in her honour.

Blue Jazz Bar
Blue Jazz Bar is a modern, trendy bar with live music and a DJ every weekend. It also serves breakfast, snacks, salad, full menu and home made specials.

Shopping
Shopping in Corralejo has certainly extended over the last few years with tourism becoming more popular in this small fishing village. The main shopping area is along the Avenida General Franco, where the popular Las Palmeras shopping centre can be found, and its side streets. You will find a range of shops offering souvenirs and beach essentials. Most of the restaurants and nightlife venues of Corralejo are also concentrated here.
