Are you interested in windsurfing? Join our Windsurf Taster session and taste a wonderful new life-experience. This session lasts 1.5 hours and consists of a brief introduction of windsurfing, an explanation how to use the equipment, how to get you up on the board and time to practice. Mellieha Bay is one of the best sites to learn windsurfing in Malta. Its calm bay with waist deep waters makes it suitable for beginners, young children and senior to learn this water sport.
Our experienced instructor will be teaching using the most widely recognised method. All windsurfing gears are modern and full equipment suited to the weather condition of the day is included in the course fee. Safety boat will be available throughout the lessons to ensure safety of learners.
The school is just stone throw from the beach and boats changing rooms, showers, parking area and a onsite cafe.
This taster session will give you an idea of how much fun windsurfing can offer. However, you will not be ready to rent equipment on your own. To hire equipment you need to complete a Start Windsurfing Beginners course.
This course is suitable for complete beginners of all ages.
Languages: English and Italian.
Please bring along shoes which you do not mind to get wet, sunblock, towels and swimwear. Alternatively we sell wet shoes, sunblock and more.

Price includes:
- 1.5 hour Windsurf taster with experience instructor
- All windsurf equipment, wetsuit, tuition, buoyancy aid
- Safety boat cover is available for all the duration of our lessons
- Use of shower, parking, cafe onsite
- Photos and video of you windsurfing
Price does not include:
- Lunch and beverages can be purchased onsite or nearby.
- Transport is not included but can be arranged for an extra fee of €5 per person each way.
