Description:
Children are always fascinated by the colourful and diverse underwater world. The children's diving courses make it possible for them to explore this territory in a safe and educational manner. The Junior CMAS*** diving course will be held under closed supervision and great care of professionally trained and experienced diving instructor.
Training:
- Training in open water (or within safe swimming compound)
- Maximum diving depth 10m
- One dive per day
- Exclusive non-stop dives (diver can resurface without having to stop from time to time to decompress). All our children diving courses are offered at such that no decompression stops are needed should something happened and the child needs to ascend immediately to the surface.
Learning objectives:
- Be familiar with his/ her diving equipment
- Check the diving equipment before every dive
- Maintain the equipment after each dive
- Protect the regulator from damage and dirt
- Dry the diving equipment in the shade
- Be considerate with the use of equipment and with other colleagues
- The ability to work in a group and understand safety in a group
- Stay at the same level of the instructor during descend and ascend
- Do a 3m check with diving partner
- Inform the instructor about signs of other divers
- Inform the instructor when a partner behaves abnormally
- Do a 3m safety stop with the instructor
- Can swim and breathing with a snorkel breathing at the surface with full equipment
Prerequisites:
- Minimum age is 10 years old
- Participant is to have successfully completed the children's diving courses "Junior CMAS*" and "Junior CMAS**".
- Parental consent
- Diving medical certificate (not older than 3 months)
- Examination of physical performance through theoretical and practical exercises
